How do I use a coupon code?

When you've found the products you would like to purchase and have them to your cart, click on "View Cart" or "Checkout" button and then you will see a box where you can enter your coupon code. Now click on "Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code". After you enter the coupon code and click on "Apply Coupon" button, the discount will be applied to any products in your cart for which the coupon code was associated with when it was created.

How can I receive information about a particular product?

Once you have located the product you wish to purchase, you can click on the its picture. This will take you directly to the product page. On this page you can find the description of the product. If the information provided is not sufficient, please send a query to community@berlin-markets.com.

How can I pay for my order?

Berlin Markets currently accepts credit/debit card payments via the PayPal gateway (no account required).

Will I receive an invoice/receipt for my purchases?

Of course. All products ordered via Berlin-Markets.com arrive directly to your home with an invoice/receipt inside the package. If the invoice/receipt is not in the package, it may have been sent to you in a separate letter. If that is the case, you may contact us with any question by emailing community@berlin-markets.com.

Is it safe for me to enter my credit card details on your site?

Do you ship all over the world?

Yes. We are pleased to ship our products via regular air mail, absolutely free of charge.

How will my credit card be charged?

Your card will be charged via PayPal's payment interface automatically upon receiving the transaction confirmation from the credit card company or after the credit card company approves the transaction.

How will I know that my order has been received?

A confirmation email upon receiving your order will be sent to you from our online store's system. If you didn't receive the confirmation email, please contact our online sales coordinator by email with your order number. We won't be able to handle your query without your order number.

How do I return a defective product?

You may return the defective product within 30 days of its receipt, dependent upon the return of the product to the company in its original packaging intact and under the condition it is entirety without damage or any flaws excluding minimal use to discover the defect.
